If you don't have an email address, you should consider getting yourself a Gmail or Yahoo address (these are free). DON'T EVEN CONSIDER USING HOTMAIL !! We will no longer accept HOTMAIL as your email address. The vast majority of our communication is via email, so it is quite important for you to have email access and to please keep it up-to-date.
Your personal details (except email address), are not available to others via this server and we will treat your details with the strictest confidentiality.
If you have two or more email addresses, please use your preferred one (no HOTMAIL though), for the first email when filling the form below. You may include a second email if you wish but only the first will be used for communication. If you do not have an email address, you may use another person's email for your contact address. If that person is already a registered Greenie, their email will automatically be entered as your OTHER email and used for communication with you.
Information received will only be used by us to contact you for
notification of reunions and special events, or to send news on the possible formation of an
"RAN Greenies Association" in the future. Even though all details are not mandatory, please give us as much information as
you possibly can, to help us with future contact. We do require a real POSTAL address to be entered in order to help us contact you
when your email and/or phone is not working correctly. Your navy O/No, which is
mandatory, is of the form "R12345 or S12345 or O12345" or
similar. "12345" is your SERIAL number, not your official
number. If you have any changes you wish to make to your details, simply log in to the
Members Only section
where you may edit your own information to change your address, email, phone, etc. If you need to alter details which cannot be
edited by you, you will need to send an email to the Webmaster with details of the information you wish to have changed.
Fields marked * are mandatory. Your Official Number will be used as a password elsewhere, so it must be correct and included. The first character (R, S, O etc) should also be included.
